Abstract

Types of relaxation techniques in therapy of stammering The article describes types of relaxation techniques witch are used In therapy of stammering people conducted on the base of Modified Psychohysiological Therapy of Stammering People Program by dr M. Chęciek. As a matter of fact the article presents the work of therapists who used the method during the specialist periods for stammering people organized by the Specialist Center for Speech Disfluencies in Wodzisław Śląski. It presents who to perform those techniques, shows their application and benefits.

mgr psychologii, logopeda i psychoterapeuta. W 2004 roku ukończyła studia psychologiczne na Wydziale Pedagogiki i Psychologii Uniwersytetu Śląskiego w Katowicach. Uczestniczyła w licznych szkoleniach z zakresu psychoterapii, psychoedukacji i rozwoju osobistego. W latach 2009–2011 ukończyła pierwszy stopień psychodramy w Śląskiej Szkole Psychoterapii Psychodynamicznej w Gliwicach, która podlega pod Instytut Psychodramy w Krakowie. Wygłaszała referaty i prowadziła warsztaty na wielu konferencjach o zasięgu ogólnopolskim, m.in. w marcu 2011 roku prowadziła warsztaty naukowo- -szkoleniowe w ramach III Międzynarodowej Interdyscyplinarnej Logopedycznej Konferencji Naukowej Uniwersytetu Śląskiego w Katowicach pt.: „Życie z relaksem – relaksacyjne techniki w ćwiczeniach”. W czerwcu 2013 roku ukończy czteroletni kurs psychoterapii psychodynamicznej w Śląskiej Szkole Psychoterapii w Gliwicach.
